About Lou Adler
Lou Adler is the president and founder of The Adler Group Inc. training and consulting company that specializes in developing cutting edge recruiting strategies. Before founding his own company, Lou Adler’s career had several major stations: he held senior level executive positions in finance and operations with the Allen Group and Rockwell International for about a decade.
He has an MBA from UCLA and a B.S. in Engineering from Clarkson University, New York. Lou Adler spent years with developing a sound multi-phase process that leads to the discovery of a perfect job match.
