Nathaniel Branden, Ph.D. — The name Nathaniel Branden is synonymous with the psychology of self-esteem, a field he pioneered over thirty years ago. He has done more, perhaps, than any other theorist to awaken America's consciousness to the importance of self-esteem to human well-being. Dr. Branden's first major work was The Psychology of High Self-Esteem. His memoir, Judgement Day, recounts his years of association with novelist-philosopher Ayan Rand. With a private practice in Los Angeles, Dr. Branden also offers self-esteem seminars, consults to businesses and lectures world wide.
